Originally from near Chicago in the US, Rebecca came to Scotland to study Veterinary Medicine in Glasgow and graduated in 2012.  She spent the first 5 years after graduation working as a mixed animal vet in the Shetland Islands where she also had the opportunity to be closely involved in the business side of running the practice.  She joined us in June 2017 as she has a passion for working with small animals especially in surgery, exotic animals (reptiles/birds/rodents) and horses making Tay Valley Vets the perfect fit for her.
